No, we currently only send the products to the address you specify. If the order exceeds $50 you get free shipping to your home.

Step by Step:

1. Send an email to info@oliversocks.com with the subject: “Change / Return + order number” indicating in the body of the email which product you want to change or return and why (the more details you describe, the better). If you can, attach photos. We will respond with instructions and documentation so you can easily send the product.
2. You can dispatch the product or ask to have it picked up at your home. You must print the exchange ticket you received via email, and send it with the product.
3. Once we receive your shipment we will contact you.

Money back: For cases where something unexpected happens we can return your money always made by the same means it was paid (Stripe or PayPal). They are exceptional, but whenever appropriate, we will refund your money.

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel a paid order, but you can contact us for help. If the order has not yet left our warehouse, we’ll help you cancel it; if it was already sent, you must continue with the refund process.

The first change is free, but it should be clear that the customer must bear the cost of shipping if a second change is desired.
